"New, sealed in the box" is a Device that is sealed in the original manufacturer packaging.
"Used" is a Device that is no longer sealed in the original manufacturer packaging, functions 100%, and has no cracks, etc.
"For parts or not working" is a Device that is either doesn't work that has no cosmetic damage or works but has cosmetic damage such as a cracked screen, etc. ( even if the Device still works otherwise )

We will remove and destroy any personal data from the Devices we receive. We will do a factory reset of all Devices which removes things like applications, contacts, pictures, etc. using software that follows the Department of Defense guidelines.

Please make sure that you include a packing slip for *every* Device you place in the box.
Please follow this checklist:
- Please make sure you've removed any passwords from the Device
- If applicable, please remove your Device from your iCloud account ( http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5661 )
- Please ensure you've included all required components to use the Device ( IE battery, power cord, etc )
- Backup your files. We remove all personal data from the Device as part of our inspection process
- Charge your Device. Devices received with a charge will be processed faster
- Ship before your offer expires. Devices received before their offer is expired will be processed faster
Please refer to the email we sent that included your packing slip and shipping label. There is a link in the email that will give you the exact status of your submission at any time ( including tracking information ).
Upon receiving your package we'll scan it into our system, upon which you'll receive an email notification. Typically within one business day we'll complete the inspection process and issue payment.
If you chose "Check" or "Prepaid Visa Credit Card" as your payment method, USPS transit time is typically 2-5 business days. If you chose "PayPal" as your payment method, you'll receive the payment as soon as the inspection is successfully completed.
